Homework
My father is a trucker and he likes the job, because he hardly says any bad things about his firm. Sometimes he is a little bit angry. Half a year ago his firm was sold and for half a year he was at home, because he had a slipped disc and in the months he was at home he hoped that he could continue his work in the same firm. Three days ago, he went to work for the first time and all things are okay. He likes the work, because he need not do any really hard work. He doesn’t like to get up early in the morning. Sometimes he gets up at 3 o’ clock and comes home at 7 o’clock.
My mum is a housewife and I like it, because she has much time for me and she always cooks good things. Sometimes she cleans a house or irons some clothes for other people. She likes it too, because she loves to work in the garden. She enjoys the fresh air and the time outside.
I wouldn’t do the same job as my father, because after some time it is boring to drive the same roads. Sometimes I want to become a teacher or a doctor, but I don’ find the really perfect job. After the A-levels I want to study, but what subjects? I don’t know. I have three years, then I should know what I want.
